We present organic lavender hydrolate for supplements, and the raw material comes from the species Lavandula Angustifolia. In international practice, the distillate is referred to as Lavender Organic Hydrolat. The plantations in Bulgaria are maintained organically on open agricultural land. The organic care of the plants also determines the composition of the liquid, which is why it remains free of preservatives, colorants and other ingredients added to the distillate from external sources. The entire aerial stalk goes into processing. The light tone of the aerial stalk carries over into the liquid, and the color of the finished product ranges from colorless to slightly yellowish on inspection. Steam distillation retains only a narrow range of volatile compounds in the aqueous base and gives the entire aromatic profile clear and well-defined boundaries. The product remains a clear and mobile liquid in its finished form. The soft level of the scent is preserved throughout the distillate. The floral direction leads in the entire aromatic profile, while the herbal side remains in the background. The Lamiaceae family includes herbaceous and subshrub genera with a glandular covering on the aerial part. The glandular hairs are most densely clustered on the calyx of the flower, while the other aerial organs bear a more sparsely distributed covering over their entire surface. Linalool and linalyl acetate are behind the characteristic aroma of the species, while the other volatile compounds are perceived more faintly in the overall scent of the product. In addition, the raw material comes only from fields within the borders of our country. It is precisely the limited volatile fraction that determines the soft character of the entire aromatic profile. The light tone, clear appearance and restrained scent shape the final character of this product.

Storage

Store organic lavender hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for food supplements, preferably dark glass, which protect the hydrolate for supplements from light.
